MTN Complaints - Incorect amount on debit order

I have 2 contracts with MTN. In August I converted both contracts to a new package. Both the accounts were changed to the new package for a lesser amount. The one debit order were changed but the other debit order were left unchanged on the higher amount. For 4 months in a row after I reported the problem via Help line and at the MTN shop in Clearwater Mall my debit is still not amended. After I spoke to the manager at MTN Clearwater Mall he assured me it will be fixed this month but this again did not happen.
