Multichoice Complaints - Incorrect debit order

I have changed the debit order details on my account in September 2016. Since then my service has been suspended every month as Multichoice insists on debitting the wrong account. I have called in numerous times to fix this. All the consultants i have spoken to has assured me that it has been changed on the system. Once again i wake up to find my service suspended. This is causing me inconvenience because multichoice cannot get their house in order. This is pathetic and i am just gatvol

Attitude : Agree Send Mail

That's why I refuse to have debit orders if possible. Do an eft instead. Debit orders can be deadly
