APM Bus Complaints - Incorrect Information given ny the driver

I bought a return ticket from Johannesburg>Port Elizabeth on the 8th of November 2017. The Trip was okay, however on rival in Port Elizabeth on Saturday 11th November 2017. I had to confirm with driver at what should I be at the station as it has 2 pick up Point. Cape Road by McDonald and at the Port Elizabeth Station in town. As I needed to be in Johannesburg on Monday the 13th November. When I asked the driver(Christopher) what time should I be at the station. He told me I need to be at the station by 16:30. When I arrived there on Sunday at 16:20. I was told by the consultant Mbali at the Enquiries the bus had left already to Greenacres. When I asked her to check for me if I can still try and catch in in Greenacres she told me it had already left, and that the bust is not allowed to stop anywhere. and when I requested for a refund, she told me that she can only issue me with a voucher. which at that time I was very angry and frustrated that the bus had already left.. and I had to be back in Johannesburg for work on Monday the 13th. ref: 307061220879.... Not even sure how the voucher works..
