Unisa Complaints - Instruction not followed

I requested a book from the library and added clear instruction that the book was to be sent to unisa Cape Town. I received a text saying that the book was sent to bromhof post office and immediately called the library to inform them that this was not as per the instructions and the person I spoke to confirmed that he could see the instructions on his side and this was a fault on their part and I should not worry this would be sorted. I went to the library today to borrow a book and was informed that was account was locked due to the book that was sent to Bromhof and could not be assisted. This is ridiculous i will not pay the fine as at his was not my fault.
