absa idirect Complaints - insurance

hi i took insurance cover in September 2018 with absa-idirect insurence , now that i have been involved in an accident im told that i did not disclose the claim that was not paid in 2016 from a different car, i dont undesrtand why i cannot be covered since my premiums are up to date and their bases of rejection cannot be found since the involved car in an accident is not even mentioned on the tape/disc they send me today 05/11/2018
i also dont undestand why i was not made aware that im supposed to talk about the claim that was not paid that happened in 2016 which was windscreen . Lastly i have been told that they will be paying back all the premiums paid and i feel i have been treated unfairly by this insurance company called Absa-idirect.
