Hollard Complaints - Insurance

I would like to start off expressing how I am so disgusted and disappointed at the level of BAD SERVICES, we have received from HOLLARD.
On Friday the 3rd of June 2016 you paid my mother an insulting R400 . FOR her hospital claim which SHE was hospitalized for more than 2weeks in march and April. I have sent a message on your facebook page and the respond was that the issue was escalated , below is an email from my sister who sent it last week.
I cannot believe that such a Huge company that takes members contributions monthly cannot pay them, we will not let this matter be taken lightly . whoever is in charge of the payment for hospital claims , needs to call my mother and explain what is happening. My mother is getting tired of calling and wasting her money which she will not be refunded back.

My mom has lost hope through HOLLARD insurance she has with them. She is subscribed to hospital cash back plan and funeral plan since 2012 to this day. I want to expose HOLLARD for not keeping their promises, unworthy, unprofessionalism, and bad service. My mom was in ICU in MARCH and again APRIL 2016 for more than 10days as she has signed for hospital cash back plan. According to HOLLARD you can claim back if you been hospitalised more 10days. She was discharged towards month end of april and submitted her claim on the 03 May 2016 at Edgar’s in Everton mall with all the relevant documents she was provided by the doctor from Med clinic in Vereeniging. The following week she called the call centre and she spoke to FIKILE who advised her that the claim is still in process and will only take 48 hours and still nothing and the third week of may she called in again and spoke to KESHNA advising her that the claim is in process but this time only 10days TO THIS DAY MY MOM HAVE NOT RECEIVED HER MONEY NOR FEEDBACK NO NOTHING. NAME: MRS MONICA MBOQE CELL: 078 196 5846 ID:6407310524088. Not even once my mom has skipped her monthly instalment. I hope someone who is professional will be able to assist her. Or will take it further for Un paid claim OR REFUND . I am very disappointed at HOLLARD THEREFORE WILL BE CANCELLING BOTH THE HOPSITAL CASH BACK PLAN AND THE FUNERAL PLAN. With the bad service she had received will definitely advise people not JOIN HOLLARD!!!!!!!!!!!
