Cell C Complaints - Insurance Claim rejection

I claimed my cell phone between 5 and 6th September 2018. I was told that my cellphone was not insured, therefore my claim is rejected. I was told that the insurance was cancelled in September 2017 but I know for a fact that on the 5 September 2017 I took a new insurance for a new handset.

In Sept 2017 my phone was stolen so upgraded and I was told to take a new insurance for the new phone because insurance does not automatically cover the new cellphone, therefore, I cancelled and took a new insurance for the new cell phone. My documents of Sept 2017. When I go to the Store they told me that it’s C-Surance’s fault, when I call C-Surance I am told that it's the Store’s fault because they never sent the documents.

This is the second time that CELL C/C-Surance puts me in this position. In September 2017 C-Surance rejected my other claim and I had to take further steps.
