Finrite insurance Complaints - iPhone 11 nsurance claim (Telkom Store)

Good day

My name is Xolela Pongwana with the ID NUMBER 8709256099084.

I would like report a bad customer service of the above mentioned insurance provider by the name of FINRITE INSURANCE as I have been calling their claims department several times with no answers provided to me with regards to my claim ever since I submitted the documents they required to process the claim along with their claims form.

As of the 01June2020 almost everyday I sent emails to [email protected] and [email protected] requesting their departments to provide me with the feedback for my claim with no luck of being provided with a single reply with regards to the status of my claim.

Then there was this one time when I sent an email to their complaints department expressing my dissatisfaction about their poor customer service and how their clients are not regarded as a priority when it comes to process the customer's claim and communicate with their clients.

On that email I informed them that I will take this matter to the office of the OMBUDSMAN and the consumer rights and that was the only one time they replied just to ask as to from which store did I take their insurance and I also replied to that and they never got back to me until this date.
