I Smart Cellular Complaints - KEEP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT PERMISSION

I have Complained about I smart on this platform before, I was contacted by Kayla from I smart to resolve my issue, how ever they keep on debiting my account without permission this has caused me to loose thousands of rands in reversal fees and every time they wait 3 months and start debiting me again some times 2ce a month. I have NOT given them permission to Debit my account they do not refund me and I get tied with red tape and the same thing over and over and over every time to a great amount of frustration.

I applied to renew my contract the phone broke within 3 weeks I returned the phone and cancelled the contract since they did not want to provide me with a new phone and we could not come to an mutual beneficial agreement regarding the matter. I have lost at that point R400 in airtime that went lost when they put the old sim over to prepaid, then they debited me twice in one month and ever since then it has been one frustration on the rest with promises of refunds I have sent statements galore emails galore NO RESPONSE NO SOLUTION either. I AM FURIOUS who is going to refund me we are no standing at a total loss of R1500 in just reversal fees from Jan 2019 not to mention the R400 airtime that was lost.
PLEASE DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM YOU WILL SIT WITH A CONSTANT FRUSTRATION .
