MTN Complaints - Lack of transparent billing

MTN deducted R 11 049.20 from my account on the 01st May 2018 and I visited MTN store the Glen to inquire about this transaction. I was told it was for the roaming charges. My problem is that I have never received any statement from MTN indicative of this amount even after I went to MTN Southgate for the statement. I was always told that the due amount is the usual monthly instalment of R 1004. I went to my bank to reverse the amount as it was out of my budget and was advised to pay R2000 at MTN store which I did. I called the call centre to make payment arrangements for this amount but I have been called by MTN instructing me to pay R9000 or else my phone will be blocked . I need your assistance because I am told that I am supposed to pay about R 18 000 for this and yet I have never received any statement to this. Your help will be highly appreciated.
