Net Florist Complaints - Late cancellation by vendor of confirmed delivery of goods

After placing an order, paying and having it confirmed for delivery I was advised on the morning of the planned delivery in an email that the stock was not available and I could get a voucher or refund. No offer of a replacement or alternative for a very carefully arranged gift delivery specially planned for a particular day. Certainly not the kind of service that the Net Florist ads lead us to expect. My first and last experience with Net Florist!
