Makro Complaints - LIES

I bought a Samsung washing machine from Makro in end October 2017. The washing machine broke in July 2019. I phoned Makro call centre on 0860305999. The consultant told me that I should sent an email to makro with all the washing machine details I did that on the 23.07.2019. They told me it took 2 days before someone comes and fix the washing machine, since I followed up on the process someone promised to call me which they never do everyday when I call I just get told that I will get a call back but they never call me back. Makro agens keep telling me lies! They told me that they wait for a job number they said it make 48 hours we are on the 2 August already and nobody seems to assist. They are very unprofessional and not treating customers fairly, I had the worst service with makro they are running away from fixing my washing machine. I hope this can be resolved this is very very bad service!
