volkswagen Complaints - Lies about features on a vehicle

I purchased a vehicle from Volkwagen East Rand a month ago. After having the vehicle for 2 days, I tested the features that the Sales Consultant confirmed where standard just to find that they were not on the vehicle. I escalated the matter to within the 5 day cooling off period and still nothing was done. It feels unfair that we have to pay for VWs mistakes because the Sales Consultant admitted to lying to us, selling us a car with the features that do not exist on the vehicle. It seems that no one cares for business ethics and customer satisfaction. I will not refer anyone to this dealership because they do not care about their clients after sales.
