I have as serious concern about Multichoice with the employers they have. They are busy selling lies to the customers. I was called in December with an Explora contract but the lady sold lies to me. she said it is initionally sold on the compact contract but once I install it I can upgrade at any time. in her saying all that I took the contract but ever since then I have been experiencing marital problems in my home. My husband is very upset as he can now not view the 207 channel and none of the Call Centre Agents are getting back to me whenever I call for their assistance with the contract. I even drove all the way to the Randburg office of DSTV but still no one assisted. Today as I sent this mail I spoke to a Joshua Matlou and he also made a promise that my call will be escalated to the relevant department but no one is getting back to me. I am very upset and disappointed in Multichoice and their service
