FNB Complaints - LIFE POLICY

Good day FNB,

It is with deepest regret to actually right to you after I have spoken to different people regarding this life cover policy.

I will tell you that I have received nothing but excuses about IT looking into the matter and what saddens me is that no one bothers to come back to me, every time I have to be the one calling. Of course I will be calling because its my hard earned money and I’m concerned.

The contract that I have received stipulated an amount of R743.84 and for the past 4 months I have been debited an amount of R867.86 after the 5% increase. I get sick to my stomach every time I speak to someone and they tell me that IT is still looking into the matter but every month the same amount goes off in my account.

I feel like I’m not treated like a loyal customer of FNB. There are a lot of companies that can offer me the same type of policy at a cheaper option and with great benefits. Maybe I should cancel with FNB and go with a different company and get my money back from FNB.

I expect a quick response regarding this because I refuse to be treated like this any longer
