Telkom Complaints - Lines and internet

We registered a complaint (CEK252060917) with telkom regarding a line issue. There was ADSL available on the line but voice calls were conspicuous by their absence. However now the ADSL has died and telkom in their wisdom has downgraded the internet speed to 1meg!! This was according to my ISP that ran a test .....huh ? its not even entry level come on get your act together
