logged a call for lost business speed point on Thursday 27 September. Escalated the outstanding query out of frustration to the so called FNBCARE line and Private Banker but my URGENT REPLACEMENT REQUEST is still not resolved and it is difficult to operate without the speed point for customers do not carry cash. So we either have to chase the business away, or take the risk of offering our product on credit which is detrimental to our cash flow, and NO ONE AT FNB SEEMS TO COMPREHEND THAT. Even threatened to take my business somewhere else and they were not even bothered.
