TELKOM Complaints - LTE SYSTEM BY TELKOM : DEPLETION OF DATA

MY COMPANY, HIKERS PARADISE, SWITCHED OVER FROM A ADSL LINE TO A MOBILE LTE SYSTEM FROM TELKOM , for INTERNET ACCESS. From Month 1 there was a massive DEPLETION OF DATA on a regular basis. Every time when I went to the TELKOM OFFICES, they agreed about the irregularities. The Consultant would phone afterwards and just say they can't find a problem , and close the CASE.
I HAVE FOLLOWED THIS UP MANY TIMES WITH TELKOM : NO SUCCESS !!!

THIS IS THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER THAT YOU CAN GET. WE ASKED OUR FIBER LINE TO BE MOVED AS WE HAVE MOVED 2 KM'S. TELKOM DOES NOT HAVE FIBER IN THE ARE AND WE HAD TO GO THROUGH VUMATEL AS TELKOM WOULD BE THE INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER. VUMATEL INSTALLED ON THE 8TH OF JANUARY 2019 AND WE IMMEDIATELY GAVE THE VT NUMBER THROUGH TO TELKOM. TODAY IS THE 8TH OF FEBRUARY 2019 AND TELKOM STILL HAVE NOT ACTIVATED THE LINE.
