Self employ Complaints - Manager

Hi

My Partner had a contract with Vodacom and this Month was the last Month for her contract. she visited one of the Vodacom store to make the payment and bring her account up to date and it was Done .This Month she wanted to pay off cancell the contract,surprisingly her contract was extended until Feb 2019 and the Amount was increased with an extra R200
she was Paying R299 and it went up to R499.No one and i mean no one called to discuss the terms or to find out if she wanted to keep her contract
The customer care servives peopele are not helping at all and they are requesting a payment rather than finding out who increased the amount on her contract.

The service she has received ?heart breaking .really heart breaking ...
