Nedbank Dundee Branks Complaints - Managers Attitude and claim for costs

ATM was not dispensing money and I was repeatedly told to try again, 6 attempts later I finally got a balance and it was only R150 previous balance of R1500 gone. already 50Minutes in que another 15 minutes until bank opens another ten to be assisted by an indifferent bank agent , so whats new, we all have bad days!! I GET HELPED BY A HELPFUL AGENT- SHE CALLED THE MANAGERESS WHO IMMEDIATELY SAID ' YOU ARE NOT MY CUSTOMER -GO TO SASSA- AS IT IS I AM A NEDBANK CUSTOMER AS WELL SHE WAS NOT INTERESTED AND THEN SAID ITS THE MACHINE - AND WHEN I PROTESTED SHE WROTE HER NAME ON ONE OF MY 6 SLIPS - FOR SASSA TO PHONE HER . PLEASE FOR STRESS, MY MILEAGE, MY TIME, HAVING TO DO ANOTHER 45KM ROUND TRIP, NO FOOD UNTIL THE MONEY GETS REFUNDED - YES AND IM OLD AND SICK AND DONT NEED THIS EXPENSE AND TRTEATMENT FROM ANYBODY LEAST AT ALL A MANAGERESS WITH VERY BAD ATTUTUDE - PLEASE SEND HER TO YOUR GREYTOWN KZN BRANCH TO LEAR CUSTOMER SERVUICE FROM ANYBODY THERE - EVEN THE CLEANING LADY IS FANTASTIC TO ALL CLIENTS YOHHHH AWU MA WAME I DONT GET CROSS BUT THIS IS TOO MUCH 1 1111greytown branchgEM1A FORSPOS GPNO MER' HALLOOO - 1gnak agent
