Wsterfall Retirement Village Complaints - MASTERCLASS

12 August 2019 I paid R 2500.00 to attend a 'Quality of Health Care Management Masterclass' workshop which was going to take place on: 29th to 30 August 2019.

up until one day before the actual event no confirmation of the venue was received and then the entire Masterclass was cancelled due to the fact that ONE Speaker was not available to render his/her services.

Multiple phone call and e-mail to request a refund of the fees paid and yet up to today still nil feedback nor any refunds.
Only answers via telephone conversations is that the Company is experiencing difficulties and trying it's utmost to get back on it's feet, this whilst the One Manager/company owner is abroad and the second owner is left to sort things out.

I have made a earnest and serious requests to be refunded ALL to no avail. Please advise what can be done in this matter. I am very concerned that this so-called company is all but a hoax conning medical staff to make payments to a pseudo workshop
