Standard Bank Insurance Complaints - Misleading customers

I have insured my brand new 2014 Polo Vivo with Standard Bank Insurance. On the 29th of April 2016 i logged my first claim vehicle that was involved in an accident. On the same day the accessor was very quick to view the damages to my vehicle that occurred on my drivers side door only. On the 3rd of May 2016 i called Standard bank Insurance to know the status of my claim so i can prooced to the panel beater, the claim had not yet been submitted and i had to wait until the 5th of May 2016. When i called back on the 5th of May 2016 the accessor approved my vehicle to be booked with Tongaat Auto Industries. I did advise the accessor that i want to book my vehicle with Clints Panel and Paint which is approved by insurance companies and i contacted Clints Panel and Paint to verify this. To date this matter has not been resolved. Their service is pathetic. When this policy was taken they did not advise me thatin the case of an accident they will use a panle beater of their choice.
