Vodacom Complaints - Misrepresentation of sale

i was sold a data package and promised that the old one will be cancelled unfortunately that didn't happen i only find out after a year they stopped sending me statements which i used to receive through my main phone

am told that i was supposed to pay for that contract it was my negligence to loose the data for a year they wont refund me thats Vodacom policy

i stopped using old line when it stopped working and i used the new line is almost a year the robbing me day light this sucks and bad customer service am cancelling all my contracts with them
