Vodacom Complaints - Miss

I am so furious with the bad service i received from Vodacom and the way staff are trained is so bad starting from the branch to call centre. I have a cellphone contract with Vodacom which is ending in April as advissed, i got numerous calls from Vodacom to upgrade my contract which i declined as i needed to cancel the account. on the 6 March I went to Vodacom store to cancel my account as I was told before by the call centre consultant, when I got to the Sandton branch one of lady consultant said I need to call the call centre to cancel with a bad attitude. I called and spoke to Nthabiseng who advised me that my contract is upgraded and a cellphone was issued, that's where all the nightmare begin and she advised me to get an affidavit stating my story with a certified copy of my ID and send it to fraud department, which I did.after a day send the documents i called to make a follow up and spoke to lady forget her name and advised me that my docs where received and i should receive a call within 7 days. 7 days passed and i decide to make a follow up call again which i spoke to Nthabiseng who advised me that nothing was received and that the email given to me is incorrect, all the days I've been waiting nothing. The service is so horrible and no proper communication as the staff don't know what is the real process and knowledge of their products as well. I need my account to be closed and i need an apology from the senior as I would not want to be mislead again by incompetent staff.
