Cell C Complaints - Missing data

On 23 April 2018 i purchased and paid for a 100GB data bundle from Cell C. The same day i received confirmation of order and confirmation of payment. Cell C confirmation of payment Ref.ID. BCA57276-3DAD-495D-B8CC-1B968B1A4. I have sent several e mails to Cell C with no valid response. Only that they state that i have not paid and must go to my bank to retrieve the money. I tried that and i cannot retrieve due to the time lapse.I have been to Cell C Fourways Mall 4 times and the manager there has tried to help. Unfortunately he has had no better result than i have. I cannot get a straight response from anyone and the return e mails are always anon and take a minimum 3 to 4 days and have a separate reference every time. If you can help I would appreciate any assistance. Les Gordon.
