MTN Complaints - Mnr

I had a Cell Phone contract with MTN which expired 2019/10/30. I submitted my cancellation after three years have expired a month before the contract expiry date which was 2019/10/30. On 2019/11/01 I was invoiced R 10 990.00 by MTN for an early cancellation WHICH WAS NOT THE CASE. I PHONED MTN AND AFTER BEEN SHOVED FROM PILAR TO POST, and several ref numbers ....I was told that they made and error and it would be set right. On 2019/12/01 IT WAS NOT SET RIGHT AND I WAS INVOICED R 11 586.00....again phoned MTN on the 1st and 2nd and 3rd DEC....nobody is prepared to help me. I am just shoved around and promised that somebody will phone me back. This is the worst and most pathetic service I have ever experienced from any service provider and will NEVER EVER AS LONG AS I LIVE USE MTN AGAIN AS A SERVICE PROVIDER. I SHALL ALSO RECOMMEND TO ALL MY FRIENDS TO STAY AWAY FROM MTN DUE TO THEIR POOR SERVICE DELIVERY!!!!!!!
