Contract cancellation:
I phone cancellation on the 02/08/2019 to cancel my phone contract and the customer center told me that they are busy with another caller they will come back to me on the same number, but he did not call me back. today the 13/08/2019 I called again I got hold of Masila and he told me to call back again as he does not have M2 system. I called again I got hold of Lebo she told me the same thing. I called again I got hold of Zozalile and this time I refused to call back 0821958 number I wanted him to transfer me to the other consultant I hold almost an hour still no luck. I have 5 contracts with Vodacom I wanted only to cancel one line but it seems as they don't want to cancel the contract. what is happening here can somebody help. or I should stop the debit order from the bank?
