private Complaints - Mr

I ordered spares from Peugeot Isando. According to the sales person, the warehouse was busy to relocate. The sales person then informed me that on the 21 August I can make the payment for the part as everything is back to normal at warehouse. I did so on the very same day. on the 30th of August 2019 he still can't give me an answer on where the part is.
To me it is a clear indication that Peugeot does not care about there customer. Also to in future to not MAKE Peugeot MY NEXT VEHICLE, NOT EVEN FOR HALF PRICE.
