I have been trying since 9 May 2018 to transfer my Dads phone that he has had for over 40 years ie 031 2081327 from one address to another..sadly I have made over 20 calls..but have had no assistance.. each time I call I speak to "new" person and told something Spetember I gor through to Shanique Devoe Pillay and was soo happy as I thought..thank goodness this will now be sorted out..a phone and sim for a fixed line look alike was couried to me as we have problems with cabling at 12 Loon RD..Sherwood >>Durban where the phone is been transferred to as well as a bill for R140.52 which I paid ..but the sim just did not connect.. I kept emailing Shanique for help but she ignored me..a few weeks later Mohammed Faadhil Pegram called me I explained what was happening and how desperate I was for help..he apologised and said he would SORT OUT THIS OUT IMMEDIATELY.. a few days later a Boomarang was couried to me and another bill was emailed which I refused to pay as the phone has never worked.. i was sooo upset as we cannot have a plug in phone which I explained to Mohammed..again he apolgised and asked me to email him all the sim details from the first phone which I did on 12 October..since them I email Mohammed just about every day.. no response desperation on a few occassions I have asked to speak to a Team Leader or Supervisor but am ALWAYS told they are in meeting...soooo who is there to help the customer.

could someone PLEASE HELP ME or point me in the direction of someone that is prepared to help me to get this phone tranferred...
