Woolworths Complaints - Mrs

I have personal loans with Woolworths and they are all on a debit order, on the 24th February I have paid cash settling the 2 loans plan and on the 1st March debit order went through , today on the 12th March I have received my new statement and the loans I have settled are not settled .When I call they tell me lot of stories.

I am so angry and disappointed as I have been their client for over 15 years .
