Greyhound Complaints - Ms

Good Day

I bought a ticket of a bus with Greyhound on 2018/03/31 and cancel ticket same day due to personal reasons

Now Ticket its cancelled got reference number for cancellation , went to Pretoria Station to get my refund , assistant by white lady telling me they company don't do refunds however I did cancellation and also there's information stating how to go about to cancel ticket on their pamphlet but the lady refuse to help me and ignore me talking to her

Called the customer service hold forever to get assistance , write email and message on their facebook page but still I don't get help, I don't know how am I going to get my money back from this bus company

Can you please help......
