MTN Complaints - MTN cannot allocate payment

We have had this contract with MTN for over a year and UNFORTUNATELY we still have another year with them....
Every month there is an issue with payment, we have pay and they still disconnect the phone, we call and send the proof of payment and still this happens weekly OMG!!!!!
Can they be so damn incompetenent to load a payment.
they told us initially to use a reference and someone at MTN told us it was the wrong reference we have now corrected it but STILL this is happening.
WE CANNOT WAIT FOR THIS STUPID ACCOUNT TO BE DONE WITH!!!!!

CAN SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY DOING CONTACT US PLEASE?????????
