MTN Complaints - MTN worst service ever,

My phone was stolen early in the morning 0f 31 March 2018. Went to MTN ABSA square Nelspruit just before 09H00 that morning. It took Teresa over and hour to do a sim swop. They told me it would take about 24 hours. I should check every 4 hours but dwitch it of again if the swop did not go thru. 24 hours passed still NO service. Went to MTN stor in Ilange Mall Nelspruit. They told me they could not help me because they are not om the same system and I murt go to Riverside. Went to Riverside Mall around 9 on the 1st of April. They told me the swop failed, they will log a call and I must wait another 24 hours. I waited another 24 hours stil NO SERVICE. Went to MTN ABSA Square Nelspruit on the 2nd of Aril 2018 around 10H30. Spoke to the manager. She said they will esculate the problem and I must wait another 24 hours because it is the network. This morning NO SERVICE. I went back to MTN ABSA Square Nelspruit. around 09:30. This time they told me that yesterday was a public holiday and it should be fixed sometime today.
I was charged for this sim swop R112. I HAVE NOW BEEN WAITING 72 HOURS.
HOW IS THAT FOR THE ****IEST SERVICE EVER WITH THE MOST INCOMPITENT STAFF.
I have been a loyal customer with MTN with the same number since 1995. I want out of this contract. The least you can do is just cancel my contract so I can move on.
