Bifawu Complaints - my calls being droped & Holding on the phone for one hour

I made this call to Telkom requisting assistance with my fax billing of last may and june 2017, they first droped my calls about three times finally when I spoke to this lady as I kept on trying she told me to hold as she is consulting whether I can be assisted or not but I have been holding for 46 minutes as I am sending this email and I believe I am not going to be assisted. I made this call around 14:30 now the time is 15:15 and it just makes me sick because we are paying monthly to use Telkom services, worse this is not first we receive bad service from Telkom.
