telkom Complaints - my contract is capped

I have a capped contract with Telkom and my normal instalment thst I pay every month is R450.00
Recently I have received a bill for R3404.87. in February I went to Telkom at mall of Africa and I asked them to set my spending limit to 0. the person assisted me rest assured me that the bill for Aprill will be normal coz previously I was also billed a huge amount. I have 3 contract with them and all of them I pay 450.00. they billed me R1800.00 for data and that number is being used by my son and my son is denying everything. he say he never purchased that data. my question is why Telkom allowed this thing to happen if really my son did so when I had already asked them to set the spending limit to 0??????????? this is not an open contract , Its capped and would all these charges take place when my contract is a capped one! I need answers from Telkom and im not going to pay for this amount. another thing that is irritating me they have included statement for 2015 and if I askes them im being told that its just a breakdown explanation. I am mad please try and assist
