Applied for voyager premium card administered by nedbank through internet. 2 weeks later received mail to tell me how to look atmy statements. Called week later to ask where is my card. Being told there is a hold on my car
D and they will call back. Hear nothing. Called week later and after being put through to 4 different people they say card is approved. They say i will receive sms to say card is at branch. Called few day later nedbank complains. Somebody called me 10 minutes later informing me that they needed to confirm my id and that she will release card. Will be immmediately available atmy branch. Went to branch 3 days later and no cards. Person at bank called and say there is a problem with my card but my wifes card will be at the bank in a few days.
I have decided to cancel my application.
