Student Complaints - No clarity in what you are requiring

Hi, I am very disappointed for the fact that your services delivery is not prepared to meet the clients or Students needs, I tried to apply before registration, for or your system rejected me and wanted to change my name into what it needs that can not happen, and I several tried you registration landline no body could pick the phone and answer, I sent you my details for second semester registration through sms code 43578 accepting that I was late for first semester, what you do, is telling me nonsense story which made me writing this unto that, for bad services, I went there to UNISA Durban trying to get things practically that I may register, only to find thousands of peoples rooming over the floors numbers of offices which could not allow me get registered by giving me that you sms code, please put yourselves together and tell me how can I be registered for the second semester before you close again, give me the clarity of directions for me to get registered this is my words before some thing strange get place
