Pep Cell Complaints - No Exchange within correct time frame

I bought a phone at Pep Cell Kwamashu (Station) on Wednesday the 30th October 2019. When I got home I discovered that one of the buttons does not work, I can't read my messages because of that button. I returned to Pep on the 1st of November to exchange it, the cashier Nhlakanipho and Manager Ntombi blatantly refused my request. Saying according to them the phone is not faulty, that is how it is. I left the store without being helped. That store is being run by fraudsters!
