King Price Insurance Complaints - No feed back after claim was submitted for third party claim

My husband was involved in an accident in January 2016, where he reversed into another vehicle when his foot slipped off the clutch. We had minimal damage (Cracked back light) but the vehicle he hit sustained damage to the front door where my vehicle hit it. The person whose car we hit, doesn't have insurance, so a third party claim was submitted to King Price. We have been trying our best to find out what is going on with the claim, but we are getting no answers from them, no emails, no phone calls

Attitude : Agree Send Mail

go straight to the ombudsman , if you are paying a premium there should be cover , dont waste your time with King price.
they dont respect you.
