Telkom Complaints - No phone lines and ADSL for 2 weeks

My pH line went down and few days later my ADSL line went offline.its now nearly 2 weeks I was patient as it was new year's. But now I am getting frustrated. Every consultant gives me a different story. I never got even one mesg to say when my problem will be sorted dispite the promises from the consultants. Got a promise to get a call from a manager..Still waiting. Phoned today again and spoke to another manager. He said I could get another device complimentary maybe if I pH another no..Who can get through??? With no Telkom connect store in my area I can't even go there to complain. Very disappointed dissatisfied long time loyal Telkom customer.
