On Line Car Parts supplied me with the wrong car item a Mercedes oil cooler after I made full payment and emailed actual pictures of the part I required. They then uplifted the wrong part after many days delay and frustration and promised to make a full refund if they are unable to source the right part. They were unable to supply the right part and promised to make a full refund as per their company refund rules of 30 days. This time has long pasted and there is no refund at all, not even an update. Denver and Timothy Padayachee form On Line Cart Parts have lied to me and ought to have deposited the refund on the 9th April 2015 at 11h00 into my bank account the same account that I processed their payment, and their refund is yet to be happen. They seem to be shannanigans as some of my other friends have had similar experiences. They promised that a car part will certainly be delivered to you and when payment is made they make all excuses that the part cannot be found. This is an on line cat part sales but they are out there to rip you off. Beware and don't think of buying your next car part from Online car parts!
