DNA THERAPY Complaints - No response from customer care

19th July purchased 2 mini massage machines, on the condidtion that should my 82 year old not want it it could be returned.
There is a 5 day return period. On the 4th day I phoned the salesman and he told me its a 3 day return policy-BUT clearly states on the invoice 5 days
I called him direct and he said I was to email the customer care line which I have done and 3 weeks down the line have not heard a word
I have contacted the salesman and have had no response
The service is shocking
