Telkom Complaints - No response to billing dispute

I receive 2 Telkom billing accounts. One for a landline and the other for mobile (tablet). The tablet was overpaid by R4000+ as per my Dec 2017 invoice, as I've paid the incorrect account over months. I also paid the landline in full at end Nov 2017. Wghen I wanted to claim the money back, Springs shop referred me to the call centre as they cannot assist. the call centre couild not see the account is overpaid. Brakpan shop said the money was moved to another account??? where is it???? I've tried logging a dispute, sent a mail with all details and statements to the dispute centre, and they refuse to respond. Lukhanyo Mbandla sent me a mail claiming I must pay another R1784.88. Where did the R4000 go? I've asked for advise from Lukhanyo and Shuan Smith, again no response. I don't know where to go as there is no living person you can go and see or who is willing to look at the problem. If they refer you to the call centre, they can just see your current balance and cannot explain anything.
