Telkom Complaints - No Service

To Whom It May Concern
A pensioner has had a land line functionality disrupted since November 2017. Late December services was partially restored, and since then to date there is no service. Contacting Telkom is of no use as they continuously advise that the technician has been assigned. You request an escalation and daily the same record is played with a different tune. To date service is not restored. Note despite being a pensioner the person involved is terminally ill and the only source of contact is this telephone which to date is not functioning.
