telkom mobile Complaints - no service

Im on Telkom Mobile contract. I cant receive or make calls. for the past two months I've been receiving my 500 mega bites on the 1st, but it depletes as soon as I receive it. I cant buy airtime, because it doesn't last at all. Ive been calling 180, and also went to the outlet. there seem to be no problem with my phone. so, basically, im carrying a phone that's not working. But, the one thing that is working fine is the debit order deducted religiously on the 15th. im beginning to think that my number is flaged, the consultants are no use at all. so frustrating, Telkom mobile is robbing me, and gives me no service at all. I want to terminate this contract
