MWEB Complaints - no service

I have a long standing ADSL CONTRACT that I pay R580.00 per month. To my dismay I have not had the adsl internet functioning since 07OCTOBER 2018. I have made numerous calls to the technical support system at mweb.Some of the technicians are plainly useless and poorly trained . They advised me that the problem is with Telkom. Telkom stated that they resolved the problem as per the mweb ticket. I still do not have the internet since 07 October 2018. Their rrecords (MWEB0 on data usage will confirm this. However rather than giving me a refund ,MWEB went on to bill me on 02 NOV2018 for a full month for November. This is corporate cheating By MWERB
