TT Connect Pty Ltd Complaints - No service

tt connect installed a fibre line and router into my home on the 8 November 2018. Its was supposed to take maximum of 3 days to connect us to the hub. We are still not connected. We have phoned, sent face message, emailed and have had zero response. The standard response is we will call you back.

I would like for them to either connect me immediately or come and remove their equipment so that I can get another service provider to provide a service.
It is no little wonder that they install for free, there is no accountability from them once they've left your property.
