Telkom Complaints - No Service Again

Good day I received a marketing call from Telkom to upgrade my contract, this was +/- 3 weeks ago. We received the new router on Monday 3 Sept 2018. Since then I have phoned 4 times the Telkom customer service line to determine when my new device will be activated. Every time receiving a different story and promise for activation. And yet here we are 3 weeks later and still no activation.
So Telkom is this the way you do business? Is this what I am worth as a client?? Absolutely nothing!! But my money is good enough!!!
Trying to cancel a contract with Telkom is extremely difficult and frustrating as again there is just no communication or regard for me as a client. I wonder if there is even a real cancelation department. Having said that, I am quite prepared this time around to walk the distance, I have no more patience left for your absolute non existing client service model.
