Privaate Complaints - No service/site available to exchange my faulty unit

I have called various times no one can tell me where to take my faulty unit under insurance via DSTV to exchange it.
I have been send back and forth and no assistance.
I want to renew my price lock no one even calls me back after 2 calls logged.
It is unacceptable.
Do nnot sign up with DSTV at all, rather get Netflix.
Shocking, after years now is results you are just a number in the system.
