MAKRO Complaints - NO UPDATE ONLINE PURCHASE

I BOUGHT A FRIDGE FROM MAKR ON THE 24 NOVEMBER 2017 WHIC WAS MEANT TO BE DELIVERED WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS. 6 WORKING DAYS LATER, MAKRO HAS NOT INDICATED THE EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE AND I CANT GET THROUGH TO THEIR CALL CENTRE ON THE PHONE.

I have now called MAKRO and they told me they've over sold the product. Its out of stock.
